LTD998SG is an alumina product borne out of the stringent requirements of the semiconductor industry, is the highest grade standard alumina (99.8% pure) available.  It is a high purity, low-silica alumina, with engineered fine grain boundaries for ultra-high performance.

Of LTD Ceramics' 200,000+ square feet manufacturing space,  over 50,000 square feet is dedicated to it's materials preparation facility where proprietary oxide and non-oxide ceramics are developed for high-technology customers around the world.
